I am writing this letter to provide my inputs regarding the complaints we received about our reception area.
Recently, our visitors have been incessantly complaining about the sloppy condition of the reception area. One of the most criticized point was about the insufficient furniture. Next in line are the ill maintenance of the area and empty coffee machines. Furthermore, there are problems with the air conditioning system.
The reception area seats waiting customers; hence seating arrangement should be of importance and tidiness is essential throughout the day. In addition, we host lavish parties for our guests, so, keeping it well equipped should be our priority.
I suggest we place additional couches in the area and maintain the coffee maker. The air conditioning system should be looked at by a professional. Moreover, a concierge should be appointed for assisting our guests.
