I am writing to communicate about a training course that I came across, called ‘Digital Marketing’. I saw an advertisement in a local newspaper. It is a 2-month course that will begin on 2nd October and classes will be held thrice a week on weekdays in the evenings from 4 pm to 6 pm.
I believe the course is a need of the hour as we are entering the digital world to showcase our products. I am sure that it will strengthen my skills as well as provide a better understanding on marketing via social media. Marketing plays a key role in reaching out to potential customers and following the right methods would boost our sales and provide insights on the areas to work on.
It is important to learn new ways to attract a larger crowd of consumers. This training helps in achieving that very goal. Therefore, I request your approval to excuse me from work thrice a week to attend the classes. Also, could you please inquire, if the course fee can be reimbursed?
