I am writing this letter in connection with an advertisement that I have come across in the magazine ‘The family life’. My name is David and I would love to teach to your children my mother tongue, French.
Besides being a native speaker of French, I have a diploma in French literature. Furthermore, I have taught French to middle school children for 2 years which has encouraged me to come up with interesting ways to engage children in learning a subject.
Apart from French, I could tutor Geography to your children. Moreover, I could babysit them when you are away. I have a certification in first aid; thus, I am aware of the basic treatment I need to provide in case the kids require it.
I am moving to Australia to live with my aunt next month. This job would help me to bear my living expenses while allowing me to keep my profession as is. I hope it would also teach me more about Australia’s culture.
