I am writing this letter to express my satisfaction with the cookery course I have recently taken at your establishment.
Cooking has always been a behemoth of task for me, and I was only able to cook simple food. This course, however, has taught me all the essentials, from cutting to plating. Although there were 15 participants, the attention and support given to each individual is commendable. I also enjoyed experimenting with simple dishes and giving them a different kick.
Consequently, I started cooking regularly at home for my friends and family. To everyone’s surprise, the food turned out delicious, and I was applauded for a job well done. I used my newly acquired skills to cater for my sister’s anniversary party and the experience was great.
I sincerely thank you for helping me enhance my culinary skills. I would like to take this opportunity to request you to launch a short course on Italian cuisine. I am certain this course will be useful and I would definitely attend it.
