Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this in regard to our recent visit to your hotel ‘The Capital’. I organised a daylong event there on 15 September and I would like to thank you for your services. The participants of the event liked the experience in the hotel but had complaints about the food.

It was provided in their feedback that they liked the reception, air conditioning, and the exceptional assistance provided by the staff. They also liked the comfortable furniture provided in the auditorium where our meeting was held in, along with provisions such as coffee machines.

However, our participants felt the food served for lunch was a letdown. Sea food like lobster was under cooked and the steak tasted bland. Vegetarian options were limited and lacked variety.

Therefore, I would say it is best to be mindful about the food served and add more variety of vegetarian dishes to your menu. It would also be great if you could make changes to the items as per customer’s inputs.

I hope that you will consider my suggestions.

Yours faithfully,

Jack Stamos
