There is a famous saying that “Health is Wealth”. I would like to describe an article that I read recently on health. Last night, when I was about to sleep, a magazine beside my bed, caught my attention. Especially, the cover page title “Eating Smart” drove me bananas to look further into it. The article highlights the importance of adequate nourishment.

It also includes the benefits of unprocessed food and fiber, which helps us to stay healthy, live longer, including boosting digestive function. The article also has its space for smart food choices, which stood as the heart of the total subject. There were many strategies added to help us eat healthy.

As per the statistics of the article, 85% of the world population are suffering from diabetes and other diseases and the mentioned diseases can be controlled by strict diet and regular exercise. Eating sugary foods can increase the risk of obesity, insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, fatty liver disease, and heart disease.

In my perception, the article is informative, and contains good content about sedentary lifestyle and well-balanced diet. It inculcates a sense of self-responsibility in everyone’s mind.
